Returns & remakesMade to order, made right.
Every component is cut to the numbers you give us, which changes what "returns" can honestly mean. Here is the whole policy in plain language — what we fix for free, what we can't take back, and the one habit that prevents almost every problem.
The short version
- Cancel or change anything, free, until your pieces are cut.
- If we built it wrong, we remake it — no charge, no debate.
- Damage in transit: tell us within 7 days and we put it right.
- Custom-dimension work can't be returned because it fit somewhere else better — measure twice and it won't need to be.
Before anything is cut
Web-shop orders are paid at checkout, but production doesn't start the same second. Contact us right away — reply to your confirmation email or text the number on the contact page — and we'll cancel or change anything that hasn't been cut, freely, refunded in full to your original payment method.
If we got it wrong
Your confirmation email lists every specification of every piece. If what arrives doesn't match it — wrong size, wrong species, wrong finish, wrong boring — that's ours. We remake the piece at no charge and cover the shipping both ways. The same goes for defects in materials or workmanship: repaired, replaced, or refunded, per the warranty.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the damage and the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt if the driver is still there, and tell us within 7 days. With photos in hand we handle the carrier claim — you deal with us, not the freight company — and we repair or remake whatever the crate didn't protect.
What can't come back
Once pieces are cut to your dimensions, they can't be returned for resale — nobody else's kitchen wants a 611 mm box. After production starts we'll still accommodate whatever the build state allows, and we'll always tell you honestly what's possible; refunds at that point are at our reasonable discretion, exactly as the terms say. Talk to us — the answer is a conversation, not a form rejection.
Stock hardware in unopened packaging is the exception: send it back within 30 days for a refund of the hardware price.
Measure twice. We cut once.
Nearly every fit problem is a measuring problem, and measuring problems are preventable. The oldest rule in the shop applies double when the cutting happens in ours: check your numbers, then check them again before you confirm. The guided measuring worksheet walks the room wall by wall and checks your saved builder plan against the numbers before you pay. Fifteen minutes with a tape is the cheapest insurance we know of — and the habit that keeps this page boring.
